With the emergence and change in technology, developing digital entrepreneurship and creating new job opportunities for young people is critical to Kenya’s transformative growth.

There is an increasing growth in access to the Internet among youth, gained largely through cell phones and home connections. This has therefore led to the increase in the use of  social software tools for webpage creation, blogging, and creating and sharing multimedia content. But are the youth using these tools effectively?
